Movement I: The Glass Citadel
The air within the Sunless Vault of Caelum-Deep tasted of crushed quartz and ancient dust. Suspended over a fathomless void bathed in azure light, the giant basalt arches of the fallen subterranean realm served as the battleground. Here stood the Silica Golem, a gargantuan construct of black stone and gleaming quartz, its chest glowing with pressurized heat. Confident in their proven battle prowess, the four Lions strode forward across the central bridge, blades drawn and eyes fixed upon the prize.
Dynarion led the initial advance alongside Artisano, their movements casual, almost arrogant. Artisano struck first with the sweeping force of the Panda style, driving a critical blow into the titan’s flank for 51 damage. Zahra channeled her inner power immediately, striking for a heavy 212 damage, while Goldarion ignited his blade with Rising Fury, landing a critical hit of 42 damage. Yet, as their weapons made contact, the golem didn't falter. With a deafening hum of resonant energy, a Silica Shield erupted around the beast—a barrier absorbing 349 health. Their powerful initial salvo barely scratched the hardened crystalline shell, as 349 damage was entirely consumed by the barrier.
Before the vanguard could adjust their posture, the Silica Golem locked its burning ocular glow upon Zahra. With a thunderous step that shook the basalt foundation, it retaliated, stripping her of all 58 points of armor in a single brutal blow. The easy victory the Lions had anticipated vanished instantly into the cold, azure dust.
Movement II: Broken Pride
The construct did not wait for the intruders to reassemble. Unleashing a frenzied roar that echoed down the glowing chasm, the Silica Golem swept its massive stone arms across the bridge in a sweeping shockwave of pressurized air and shattered silica.
The blast tore through the entire party. Armor plates shattered instantly across the line—Dynarion, Artisano, and Goldarion all watched 49 points of protection vaporize into fine grey powder. But the brunt of the onslaught targeted the weakened Zahra. The blow tore through her remaining defense, stripping 30 armor and crushing her body down to a critical 13 health. Only a desperate, reflexive parry saved her from total annihilation.
The initial arrogance that had fueled their charge was gone, replaced by the grim reality of near-disaster. Their line was staggered, their armor breached, and their comrade hovered on the knife-edge of death. Forced onto the defensive, Dynarion, Artisano, and Zahra immediately drew upon the Regeneration of Furry, focusing their mana and resetting their stances, while Goldarion held the front, driving his glowing blade into the golem for a sharp 125 critical damage to buy his companions precious seconds.
Movement III: Venom and Shadow
Painfully reforging their coordination in the shadow of defeat, the Lions shifted tactics. Dynarion lunged forward with precision, leaping onto the golem’s knee joint to drive home a Toxic Bite. The strike landed with critical impact for 200 damage, seeping virulent green poison deep into the construct's inner gears. Artisano followed with a heavy follow-up strike for 129 damage, while Goldarion added another 75 damage to the beast's flank.
From the rear, Zahra gathered her lingering strength. Manifesting the Shadow Twin Strike, she created a flickering dark duplicate of herself, dealing 69 damage while boosting her attack posture. Though the golem retaliated by smashing its heavy fist into Artisano for 87 armor damage, the poison began its corrosive work, ticking for 11 damage inside the construct's mechanical heart.
Seeing the golem target Zahra again—striking her down to 58 health—Dynarion stepped into the fray. Hurlng a Blinding Spear directly into the creature's glowing core, he dealt 100 damage and temporarily blinded its sensors. Zahra seized the moment of respite, weaving the ancient magic of Regeneration Of Maya to restore 66 health to her bruised body, while Goldarion landed a critical 82 damage blow.
Movement IV: Turning the Tide
Robbed of its sight by Dynarion’s blinding spear and hindered by the venom eating through its stone veins for another 11 damage, the Silica Golem swung wildly at the empty air, completely losing its turn to attack.
The Lions seized the opening with ruthless synchronization. Dynarion struck first for 82 damage, followed instantly by Artisano driving his weapon deep into a cracked crystal seam for 150 damage. Zahra, her confidence restored alongside her health, surged forward with her shadow copy to land a devastating critical strike of 97 damage.
Goldarion brought his blade down in a glowing overhead arc, landing a critical hit for 92 damage. In a single coordinated breath, the party shredded the construct’s health bar, transforming their earlier near-disaster into an inescapable vise.
Movement V: The Final Fracture
Its sight returning as the blinding effect expired, the frenzied construct lashed out again, targeting Zahra in a desperate attempt to break the vanguard. But the warrior was prepared, absorbing the blow and holding her ground at 58 health. In response, Dynarion carved a path through its upper chest with a 150 critical damage slash, while Artisano hammered the fissure for 135 damage. Goldarion landed yet another critical strike of 94 damage.
In the seventh and final round, the Silica Golem made one last violent attempt to crush Zahra, but she expertly defended, sustaining minimal damage and remaining at 43 health. With the construct’s internal core exposed and unstable, Dynarion delivered a magnificent 142 critical damage blow.
Artisano followed with a crushing 91 damage strike. Zahra and Goldarion moved in together for the closing blows, their weapons shattering the golem's primary power nexus in a brilliant flash of azure and amber light.
The massive monolith collapsed inward, breaking apart into thousands of harmless, dull quartz pebbles that rained down into the abyss below. The silence that returned to the Sunless Vault of Caelum-Deep was absolute, save for the heavy breathing of the victorious warriors. Through adaptability, tactical restraint, and unflinching resolve, the squad had overcome early panic and carved out a complete victory in seven intense rounds.
With all four participants surviving the brutal encounter, the treasury unlocked a grand payout_total of 6400 PIXY. Dynarion led the overall offensive with 696 contribution damage, claiming 1720 PIXY along with 1 Hay and 50 Silver awarded from the spoils. Artisano followed closely with 695 damage, earning 1624 PIXY while collecting 1 Cotton and 1 Corn. Goldarion secured 1576 PIXY and 5 Egg items after dealing 510 damage, while Zahra’s crucial self-preservation, shadow tactics, and 427 damage earned her 1480 PIXY and 5000 Coal awarded directly to her pack.
Only when the tumult over The Sunless Vault of Caelum-Deep had fallen silent did the material consequence become clear: the raid treasury released exactly 6400 PIXY, while Dynarion bore Hay away from the ruins. The reward was no ledger entry, but a tangible mark left by the ordeal.
