The storm overhead pressed low, turning the amber sea beneath their boots into a wild, tossing expanse. Before them stood Gorath the World Breaker, his crag-skinned form locked like an anchor in the tectonic floor, glowing silts of pale mineral powder seeping from the seams of his shifting armor.

There was no preamble to the clash. Gorath shifted his weight, stone grinding against stone with a sound like collapsing masonry, and channeled his power into the soil. A shuddering wave of energy rippled outward through the dirt as the titan unleashed his signature Tectonic Slam. The force tore through the entire line instantly. Regnion took the brunt of the primary shock, his guard shattered before he could establish a footing, leaving him incapacitated against the churning earth. Dynarion and Chromalio barely raised their defenses in time, while Aeroblade and Verdantfear weathered the concussive tremor with braced shoulders.

The counter-strike was immediate and calculated. Aeroblade wove restorative arcana through the air, sending the cool light of Regeneration Of Maya across his bruised allies to restore 73 vitality. Goldspirit stepped into a rising air current, finding the perfect fulcrum to deliver a blinding critical strike that tore away 519 health from Gorath’s craggy shell. Behind the frontline, Verdantfear executed Regeneration Of Furry to replenish his depleted magical reserves, while Dynarion and Chromalio each cast Regeneration Of Maya, knitting together 65 vitality apiece to keep the raid barely operational.
